Has anyone heard anything about google being down I a number of people in my office are unable to open any of the google sites. any idea when it went down?
thanks not sure what is going on, my internet is up after all i am able to comunincate with this site. that is why i was asking. have a great weekend I am not going to worry about it anymore today

Why want Google Chrome update on my desktop home computer?

I have Google Chrome (both builds) on my desktop at home. When I click the “wrench” in the upper right corner of the browser at work it will update without any problem or show that it is up to date. But when I click the “wrench” at home it gives me “Error 3″ and will not update.
Any suggestions?

I had that today..reinstalled google chrome…fixed 
note:before reintstalling sync everything so you don’t have to remember passwords again, download extensions again..and etc
sync is in personal

Hi, I’m currently making a website with visual studio. I added a menu horizontally with submenus that are shown when the mouse is on the menu items. I just added a slide show right under my menu but the problem is that my slide show is hiding the submenu items when they are displayed. How can i make it so that submenu items are displayed on top of everything? Any tips or help are greatly appreciated !

Write a code that when mouse is on menu then slide show button hides and when mouse is off menu then slide show button shows

I am a sophomore in college studying Graphic Design
I’ve been so frustrated trying to figure out exactly what I want to do with my major, and I had my own “epiphany”.
I’m obsessed with fashion and I love the website CollegeFashion.net (fashion blog by and for college students), and I pretty much love any kind of blog related to that. Whether is be a photographers tumblr, or lookbook.nu.
I would absolutely love to pursue something of this sort.. and I “messaged” collegefashion.net, but all I can do is hope they message me back! They obviously receive TONS every day and can’t respond to every email.
If anyone has any advice to how I could pursue something like this.. like interns with certain companies, or ANYTHING. Even how someone could apply to a website like College Fashion, please feel free to blurt anything out on here!

Honestly man, you have talent however what you write about is gross, and dirty. IF you redirected that talent to write better interesting stories that have a clean moral, then I bet more would be interested. Not only would people be pleased but most importantly God would be pleased. So, I would change the topics and keep writing.

After reading various sources on the dangers of pesticides and chemicals in our food chain (in the last two years), I started reading all the labels on food products to weed out those with harmful ingredients. It then dawned on me that the products that I use for cleaning, or materials in clothing or furniture might also be contributing to the poisoning of Earth and my family. Not to mention the fact that eradicating all bacteria in the home can also weaken the bodies ability to fight infection.
I began with “green” cleaning products and rely on hydrogen peroxide and vinegar for bacterial problems but also purchase any product without harmful dyes and chemicals, particularily dish and laundry soaps.
Until recently, I hadn’t considered the effect chemicals in floor products had affected my dog. But now I buy nothing that might harm her, including what she eats. Pet food not unlike processed human food is a travesty of waste product and chemicals.
I am also not a fan of these chemically induced “healthy water” products and energy bars. Sometimes I can not understand the process that would take water and make it “better”?
Feel free to use my testimony as I truly believe in the “green revolution”. Our ancestors must be shaking their heads in disbelief for our need of natural products.
