MILF Sale?

Filed Under (Blogging News) by John Hocking on 02-12-2007

The Fort Lauderdale-based airline, which specializes in flights to the Caribbean, is advertising a “Many Islands, Low Fares” special.

A limited number of flights to the Bahamas are as low as $9. Most of the flights included in the sale are in the $69-$89 range.

On Spirit’s web site they are calling the offer the “MILF” sale; short for “Many Island, Low Fares.”

Some Internet bloggers have pointed that “MILF” is known as an obscene acronym in some circles. It is used to describe an attractive older woman.

Was it a sales gimick or an honest mistake?

It sparked a good debate over at the warrior forum

Blog Rush - Get Traffic to Your Blog

Filed Under (Blogging News) by John Hocking on 19-09-2007

BlogRush is a free service that was created to help bloggers solve their #1 need:
More Readers For Their Blog.

By adding the BlogRush Widget to a blog, a blogger can get instant distribution for their latest blog post titles across a network of related blogs.

BlogRush users earn “syndication credits” (the right to have their blog post titles shown inside a widget on another related blog) based on their own traffic (loads of the widget) as well as the traffic of other users they refer to BlogRush. Users can automatically refer others to BlogRush via special links on the widget, as well as through the promotion of a special referral URL they are given.

BlogRush is a “Cooperative Syndication Network” that rewards its users for their contributions to the network — from the impressions they provide of the BlogRush Widget to the referral of other users through 10 ‘generations’ of activity and the impressions of the widget that they provide. BlogRush was designed to be incredibly viral and to provide its users with tremendous distribution leverage to receive exposure for their blog content (onto related content blogs) that they could never achieve on their own; at least without a massive advertising budget.

You can join Blog Rush for FREE!

$7 Report Generates over $3000 in 7 Days

Filed Under (Blogging News) by John Hocking on 13-02-2007

Short Version: Sure, it ain’t Butterfly Marketing, but Jonathan Leger seems to be on some sort of misguided quest to write the perfect scripts for a launch where you or your affiliate gets the immediate cash into your PAYPAL account. Why misguided?

He’s charging a mere $7 !? It even NOW includes a On.e Time Offer that you can use and split with your affiliates.

Download it at:  7 Dollar Secrets

More Information? Read This!

Jon originally put out a “stupid little ebook” (sorry Jon) in January on putting videos on the web. I could have written it in an hour (and should have) He made an immediate 3,000 bucks, and built his list with it. The irony? Instead of giving it away like I would have thought, he charged $7 with a very simple “script” running the show, so that anyone who sold it got paid instantly to their paypal account.

Now, he turned around, and wrote ANOTHER ebook documenting what he did (thereby in effect teaching YOU how to build a list instantly) but threw in the very script he used to run the whole process! TODAY he has updated that script so almost anyone can concoct one of these sales with any product that you come up with, even a resale product, and yet it is sophisticated enough that it is a really sharp tool!

Blogs Are Us! Create A Money-Making Winner

Filed Under (Articles, Blogging News) by John Hocking on 25-01-2007

Do you have a blog? Maybe you have more than one. It may just be a vehicle to publish your personal views. Or you may have set up a blog to make money.

Maybe you don’t have a blog yet. You’ve been thinking of starting one because it’s all you keep hearing about and you want to get in on this cultural phenomenon. You just are not sure how to go about setting a blog up. After all, it wasn’t too long ago that you didn’t know what or who a “blog” was!

Either way, I’ve noticed bloggers seem to take advantage of AdSense. That tells us the blogger wants to receive payment from Google. Who among us can say NO to having our incomes supplemented?

What if there was a new and one-of-a-kind way to make money with your blog? What if it was easy to set up? So easy, total newbies are doing it!

There are simple steps to follow setting up your new blog…

1. Choose your target market.

Obviously, it will be a niche you are interested in. A hobby or a subject where you have special knowledge. This is important. After all, you want to have fun blogging. Not much enjoyment in doing something that gives you zero interest. This system offers you a choice of over 25 million markets! The most time you will spend on setting up your blog will be the time it takes you to decide which markets you want to pursue.

2. Set up your blog.

(Blogger.com offers you a free service) With this software, as soon as you have selected the products you want on your blog, you simply press BUILD and voila! Your very own store/boutique is automatically created for you!

The best part? Your blog will be unique! Nobody, nowhere, will have a store like yours. You’ll be thrilled when you see what you can achieve with this software.

And, you don’t have to stop with only one shop. Build more. Go crazy with your piece of virtual real estate.

3. Turn traffic into money.

Each page of your store will target different keywords. Meaning, better search engine rankings. How? Because you now have content- rich pages which search engines love!

And…it’s constantly changing as products are bought and new stock added. Search engines will love you.

When visitors are attracted to your blog, they will be funneled through to the products they are interested in.

You will be paid commissions on the products your visitors purchase. Plus, they have the bonus of a pleasurable shopping experience. Who can say that for the mall?

So, whether you have a blog for fun or profit, this newly-developed system deserves your attention.

Adsense Injection?

Filed Under (Blogging News, Wordpress) by John Hocking on 25-09-2006

It has been shown that you can increase Adsense CTR by placing the Adsense code into your actual posts.  The problem you have is Google only allows 3 blocks of ads per page.

I was looking for a plugin that would allow me to ad the Adsense to my post and I found
Adsense Injection.

Adsense Injection plugin just takes a random paragraph break in your article and inserts adsense code. It does one per story. It lets you pick how many total ads to do (0-3) and it lets you pick the formats and colors you want it to randomly select from.
